General Membership Votes to Build Sanctuary

At the General Membership Meeting held on October 1st, 2006 the General Membership Voted 92% in FAVOR, 8% AGAINST building St. Michael's Sanctuary.  The overwhelming mandate was coupled with $101,500 in pledges to be paid over 5 years having been raised during the meeting towards a goal of $400,000.
Iconography

The Church's Iconography will be prepared by the hand of Iconographer Elias Damianakis.

This page has been dedicated to the sharing of information on the building of our sanctuary to be dedicated to the Archangel Michael.  As we progress in this process we will add more and more information on the stages of our planning and the progress being made.  In the near future we hope to have renderings of the proposed complex.  As the Building Committee, the Parish Council, the General Assembly, Father Samaras and ultimately His Eminence Metropolitan Alexios of Atlanta give their blessing and work is further refined we will share through this page that progress for all to bear witness and give thanks to Our Lord.

The Building Committee

At the September 8th, 2003 Parish Council Meeting, the following members were appointed to serve as the Building Committee.  This group is responsible for the oversite of the entire project.
